Very Good

Location is very central in Patong, walk everywhere, 7 min walk to the beach, plenty of services around.

Very small gym, some of the equipment was missing, machine broken, but still was functional. Small in size, so even with 4 people seems crowded. No sauna or steam room. In the room the refrigerator was too small for a 28 days of staying.

Extremely BAD. Room mouldy, staff rude, overcharges to room, no cable TV.

Nothing room very dirty, staff very rude, unexpected charges to room.

This is not higher than a 2-3 star hotel very poor. Was insulted by staff when they called 2 of our guests ladyboys when they are women, overcharges to our room for second person in room when the room is a double room?? Very mouldy in bathrooms, air conditioner made us sick didn’t t smell very good air. Extremely bad beds, it was like their was no mattress just a hard base, very sore back could not sleep. No cable television in our room and no one would assist you about it at reception, would just nod and ignore your queries as to why no cable when it states on room info that it is available. Lights blown in room. Management very unhelpful and disrespectful to myself and our other travelling companions. Will never stay here every again.

Great value place to stay

Although the outside of the hotel looks a bit aged, the facilities and rooms where excellent and kept very clean everyday, prices of food and drinks where very good as well,hotel was in a convenient location as well we loved our stay

Could do with a few more sun beds but only a minor hassle

Dont go there for the internet or gym

The pool was OK

Badly equipped gym Slow internet ... possible for Mail and so but not for movie. Theo suposed to have fast internet ... Shame on them

This is my 3rd time staying here and will be back for a 4th next year. Will never look else where when booking for Patong. Also if you can try book the roof top rooms with personal pool!Spotless clean, staff wonderful cannot do enough for you, big rooms, great day trips on offer, super location 10-15 min walk from Bangla/beach.

Location and room are good for its money, not too loud but quite close to patong beach

There were constant issues with locks and keycards in my room, staff took care of it though in a couple of days

Nice hotel, but staffs should be more professional

Big pool, nice and big room and comfortable bed

We arrived the hotel around 12.00, but check-in time is 2pm., so we have to wait. It's 2pm. and we couldn't check in yet because the room was not ready, but the staffs didn't say or make anything to make us feel better, or even say apologize and try to solve that situation for us that we have to wait. Around 14.45 that we can go to the room.

Great place if you will have breakfast outside and bring your own iron.

The location is not too far from the beach and tge rooms are clean and service is great.

Break fast there is variaty but quality is not that good. There is no iron or a place to iron in the hotel.

Ok if you can get for discounted price

Good location within walking distance to many things, beach, shops, restaurants n nightlife. Staff were polite n friendly, especially the staff at breakfast. Good sized rooms compared to others I've stayed in in Phuket.

Breakfast was poor, the food was bland and tasteless even the Thai food had no spice or flavour to them. The choice was very repetitive 9 days out of 12 were exactly the same on a couple days the head chef was in earlier so there was a few extra choices and a bit variation but the food was still bland. All the hot food at breakfast was chicken based (apart from 1 veg stir fried noodles option) so if your someone who doesn't eat or like chicken you'll be stuck with just toast or cereal. The staff there said they had to make it all chicken to satisfy the needs of certain guests - which ignore the needs of other guests who would prefer the option of other meats at breakfast especially some of the traditional Thai dishes. The pool area was nice but small for the size of the hotel, it was ok when we visited in low season, but in high season you might struggle to get sunbed or space in the pool. While I got it at a sale price so was reasonable happy with the price, if I'd paid the advertised full price I wouldn't of been.

Awful

The hotel room was good in general - cleanliness was good also.

Staff are awful - I couldn’t earn you enough about this place - such a shame as there is great potential. Group of 8 (family) told we could t put tables together to eat breakfast together - I was told I couldn’t fill my tea flask with tea and leave the dining area - i was t allowed to take hot water (my own tea bag)...... brasfadt was very average ans the staff from management all the way to floor staff are rude rude And arrogant (they really couldn’t give a sh$&)... I could go on and on .... but you get the picture

Pool didn't open till 9am , not much use to poeple who wish a early morning swim and the lack of communication with the service desk ( I speak English)

The location of the hotel is good, on Patong beach in Phuket, the room is big, with a balcony and a swimming pool downstairs, the hotel service is very good

Good value option but not as luxurious as photos suggest

Nice big rooms, pretty quiet despite being handy for busy areas, friendly and helpful staff, nice breeze in restaurant.

Ageing air conditioning can't really cut it, lots of small signs of wear and tear, strong smell of disinfectant everywhere, food pretty ordinary.

Location was good. Room was spacious. The pool was nice.

Hotel Lobby and Resturant had no aircon, which made it really hard to have a comfortable breakfast. Breakfast was repetitive and didn't change in our 6 nights stay.

We just used it to sleep, there is nothing to do in the hotel.

Just location

Dirty, windows overpainted from outside. It is not refurbished, as was stated. Floor, table scratched, doors not closing properly. We been ill, so staff did not allowed to take some fruits from breakfast. Asked to change the bed linen, but they just tidy up. It was my birthday, but hotel hasn’t even say happy birthday. Pool - be careful, as the stairs poorly fitted, the tiles cracked, mouldy…
